Meanwhile, as the Chairman of this committee, I and my persnal Assistant are the only people that knows about this file, now I am looking for a Foreign partner who can help us receive the FUND in his or her account Overseas so that we can Change the important documents on his/her name to enable us transfer the fund in his/her account as the owner of the fund because as a Civil servant I am not authorised to operate a foreign account.
