"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

With utmost regards I crave your understanding of this proposal, I am Ms Naomi Chim the daughter of late Mr Abakala Chim who was injured by the heat of the political crisis here in my country Cote d'ivoire.And after some days, before he died in the hospital, he handed over to me all documents where he deposited (U$6.2 million Us dollars) in one of the prominent banks in Ghana for onward transfer abroad for investment on his proposed cocoa processing company through an assistance of a foreign partner and we don't have any relatives now whom we can go to, all our relatives ran away in the middle of the war.
 
We are just a student university undergraduate and really don't know what to do. This is because we have been starving and also living in great pains as orphans. The death of our late father actually brought sorrow to our life. we are in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards.
 
On your interest to assist me in this transaction, I require from you, a successful reply so that i will send you, the Bank contacts where this money is deposited, instructing them for the transfer of the U$ 6.2 million Dollars into your bank account with the help of his account information’s for easy claims.
 
Your suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded. Now permit us to ask these few questions:-

2. Can we completely trust you?
3. What percentage of the total amount in question will be good for you after the money is in your account?
