Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

• Western Union money transfer is completely untraceable and therefore is *not* safe to use with anyone you do not know personally. It is the preferred method of online criminals to collect money from their victims.
• This email lists free webmail addresses. Use of such addresses is typical for scams. Lotteries, banks and any but the smallest of companies do not normally use such addresses. Criminals use them to anonymously send and receive email at Internet cafes.

living helplessly?
Most of these people are living in hotels and have been there since the
ghastly incidence.
The problem now is that most of this unfortunate people are being chased
away by the owners of these hotels that have offered them accomodation for
free over the months. They say they need to get their hotel businesses
moving.
Fortunately,a Russian firm Nguyen Hoang Anh Holdongs,whose CEO is Mr.
Nguyen Hoang Anh is promising to help.It has decided to buy up most of
these hotels where the hurricane victims have been living so that they can
continue to live there since many of them have to place to move to if forced
out.
We hereby ask citizens of our dear country USA to please come to the aid
of these people by donating towards their welfare so as to help the firm in
buying up as many as possible of these hotels.
