Greetings with peace of Almighty God to you, I pray this letter finds you and your family well prospering . I am writing to you because I felt led of the Lord to connect with you as God starts to unfold His purposes and plans for each an every one of us. Firstly, allow me to introduce myself to you. I am Mrs Fiona Graham from Kuwait, I am married to late Mr. Rawlings Graham , who was an Independent oil refinary turn arround mentainance contractor by profession, he worked with several oil companies in Africa for Twenty-Six years before he died in the year 2003, after a brief illness that lasted for only five days. We were married for Eighteen years with a doughter (Hannah) who later died in a motor accident.
Before the untimely death of my husband,we were both born again Christians. Since after his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of US$2.5M (Two Million and Five hundred Thousand United States Dollar) in a fix suspence Account with a prime bank in the Republic of Cote D' Ivoire " Ivory Coast" in west Africa. Presently, this money is still with the bank.
Recently, the Board of Directors of my late husband's bank in the Republic of Cote D' Ivoire have adopted a resolution and I was inform that the fund my late husband fixed with their bank is over floating and due for claim hence I was mandated to come for the claim of the fund as a next of kin to my late husband or to provide my next of kin for the claim of this money before the bank invokes the abandoned property code of conduct decree 118 of 1996 of the constitution of the republic of Cote d Ivoire which the bank siad will oblige them to confiscate the funds and channel it to Cote D Ivoire Government's reserve account as over floated, abandoned and unclaimed bills if the fund should remain unclaimed till the next 31 working days.
I am now confused as per what to do over this situation, following to my present ill health, I have been diagnosed with Esophageal cancer that has defiled all forms of medical treatment from different medical experts and the one that disturbs me most is that recently my Doctor told me that I may not live longer due to my heart cancer problem with my stroke sickness that made it impossible for me to travel out of kuwait. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to a Christain organization (Church) or even an honest endivigual that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein, according to the desire of my late husband before his death .
I am hereby seeking your conscent to have you as my next of kin to claim this fund from our bank hence I shall provide you every legal document to back you for the claim of this fund as my next of kin. moreso, once you have claimed the fund I want you to take 10% of this fund for your self as a compensation to the service you render in this regard while the remaining 90% of the fund is to be destributed as our donation to Orphanages, Christain schools, and Churches for propagating the word of God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that "Blessed is the hand that giveth". I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are not Christians and I don't want my husband's efforts to be used by unbelievers. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly way. This is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. By my faith I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that "the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace". I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health and the presence of my husband's relatives around me always I don't want them to know about this arrangement, hence I have right here in hopital bed with me my satelite lop top with internet connection that I can alway reach you through email. With God all things are possible.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you further information and directives, I will also provide you with legal documents that will prove you the right of beneficiary of this fund.
I want you and the Church to always pray for me because the lord is my shephard. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life.
