"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Mr/Madam
I am in-receipt of your message dated 30th of september 2006 which i received with great thanks.

I really know that you will have the same feeling, as we have not seen each other before. Meanwhile, it is a great pleasure to have communicated to you and i must confess to you that my agitation is real with good illusions. your fears are healthy as in the world of today such
transactions are bound to occure , but in everything that is bad there is always a good part of it and truely speaking give me a chance to prove to you something real which in some part of this world is very hard to believe.

presently with my sister we are staying under the parental care of my late fathers bosom freind, adviser and bussiness associate who have helped us to relocate to gambia with our assets. now he is in fragile health and cannot give me the much assistant that i needed thats the reason why i am seeking you personally and to present you as my late fathers bussiness associate to the security company were the money in question is deposited.

sir i will like you to know that before any transaction is to be carried out you will be prepared to come down here in gambia for a face to face meeting and to have a lenthy discussion on this issue after which we shall meet the director of the company for relaese of my fund and now for us to know which option of transfer is best suited for this deal.

finally after conclusion i will travelled with you together to your country for relocation and to finish my studies.

I have all the necessary documents to move this fund out of the Company for our mutual benefit. What I only want from you is to indicate your interest to use your foreign Bank account to transfer this fund into your account.

I will give you 20% of the total fund for your assistance. I have set aside 10% to defray any expenses that we might incure on the process of retrieving the fund into your nominated account, while the remaining 70% will be use for any Investment in your country with your Investment plans. e.g , blue chip companys, estate properties and hotels.

If it is ok by you, send me a return mail with you full contact particulars, like phone and fax numbers so that we can communicate better and start a good codial relationship to last.

Finally i do hope that you are the right person that am serching for,i am extremly carefull not to fall into any wrong hands or to associate with people that may try to harm me , or dupe me at the end run since my father have already warn me of this before his death.

Please do assure me that i am not wrong and that my life and future depends on your assistance .

take care and and all the best of luck till i hear from you very soon.

REGARDS
STEVEN
GAMBIA

Hello there,

I wish not to be rude except that it is often I see on TV that such funds usually are not true.

Truly I wish not for any parody to be applied on me, so if it is not a joke then provide me some pertinent documentary proofs.

I trust that you completely comprehend the intention that I am making to you.
