"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This email confirms that you have received from the Euro Millions an official notification of your lottery winning in the FREELOTERY AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION TICKET GAME (F.A.S.T).
You have won a prize of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Euros (3,500,000.00) a prize payout of your winning has been approved by the Euro Millions International Organizers.
In accordance with the world lottery ordinance, you are authorized as the official lottery prize winner to immediately file in for your claims upon receipt of this mail.
The FREELOTERY AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION TICKET (F.A.S.T) GAME is an online promotional program organized by Euro Millions International. A total of 500,000 email addresses were entered for the FREELOTTO AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION TICKET GAME (F.A.S.T).
All email addresses entered for the game are submitted by our partner international email service providers/ marketing companies and public services providers.
Winners are randomly selected systematically through our Electronic Random Selection System; (ERSS) no ticket was sold. Your email ID was included among the 500,000 email addresses that were entered for category “A” with the following details, Batch No: EUM WU-19KTL.with Ticket No. LN/BB090788: Ref no EUM WU-9KTL: Lucky No: 01 03 06 18 24.
