I just came back from the security company and met with their Operation Manager; we discussed on the issue of releasing the consignment. He told me that they are ready to hand over the consignment to us any time we are ready to claim the consignment.
I will like you to come down here so that we will see face to face because I believed that meeting each other will build the needed confidence and also remove doubts; giving you the opportunity to confirm the existence of the fund, as we will go together to the security company for the retrieving of the consignment.
The visit will be only two or three days of visit but if it's not possible that you can come here, I can go and negotiate with the security company because they informed me that they have affiliate company in Europe,( but I don’t know where yet) I will ask them only when you confirm that you will not come here, that you are ready to travel to any of their affiliate company down in Europe, then I will ask them the place they have affiliate company and that they should transfer the consignment to their affiliate in Europe.
But before this, even if you are coming here or going to their affiliate company in Europe, we will get some legal documents from law court here on your favour as my partner and co beneficiary to the content of the consignment, because your name is not in the Original Title Holder document the security company issued to my late father the day he deposited the consignment as beneficiary, co beneficiary or next of kin. So we must get some legal documents on your favour to make our transaction legal.
I will be happy to work with you in the investment aspect of this fund. Choosing you is due to your outstanding hard work and trustworthy.
For the transaction and processes: I want to let you know exactly the current location of this money. My late father lodged the money in a security firm (in a trunk box as family valuable not as money for our security reasons) and the consignment is under daily demurrage bill. He signed an agreement that before access or claim will be granting to me or any body comes to claim the consignment that the demurrage bill should be paid completely. But before the death of my father, he made up-front payment for the demurrage
But the problem now is the issue of the storage bill, which I will later go back to the security firm to pick up the statement of account outstanding (storage bill) because they said that I should come back tomorrow morning for it so that I will know exactly what it will take to get the consignments release before taking the consignment to a bank here to deposit and then continue with the plan of transferring the money to any account of your choice. Or if they will proceed in transferring the consignment to their affiliate company in Europe so that you can meet with them over there and pay their storage bill and retrieve the consignment, and there you will make the arrangement of depositing the content in a bank for onward transfer to your choosing account.
Please why I am writing and soliciting for your assistance on this project is to assist me in paying this storage bill to the security firm for then to grant me access to the consignment. If like I have money at my disposal, I would not have contact any body on this project, what I could have done was to go straight to the security company, pay them the storage bill and have the consignments with me and proceed on the issue of transferring the money to any of my choice account. Also I agreed to give you 20% of the total sum as your compensation, commission and involvement in this transaction.
Upon your request, I will forward to you all the relevant documents which my late father handed me over (which the security firm issued to him the day he deposited the consignment).
