"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I received your email and want to let you know that I appreciate your sincere determination towards finalizing this transaction with me and I assure you you will never ever regret ever doing this with me.

As you my name is James Peters a 52 years old man with a family size of 5 me my wife and three children two boys and one girl. I studied in St. Edwards University in Texas United states where I obtained a degree in Engineering presently I live in London with my family.

My decision to finalize this arrangement with you was borne out of my drive for somebody whom I can trust with so much and who does not have an existing relationship with me that is known to anybody who knows me that is the reason for my insistence of utmost secrecy in this transaction.

Finally if you are very interested as you claim to I would require you to tell me now and stop any further delay because upon the receipt of your affirmation of interest I will forward to you the details of the present safe keepers of this funds so that you can open up direct communication then before you depart to meet with them I will forward to you either via fax or email attachment the documents with which you will travel with that will show you are the authorized person to claim the funds.

Immediately I hear from you I will update you with further details.
