I am williams kalu ,a banker. I am the Personal
Account Manager to Mr.mike woodrow who used to work with Shell Oil Company
Plc, as an oil marchant and a contractor in Nigeria .
On the 12th December'' 2004, my client, his wife and their three
Children were involved in a car accident along third mainland bridge. All
occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost their lives.
Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of my clients
extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful. After these several
unsuccessful attempts, I decided to track his last name over the Internet,
to locate any member of his family or anyone who has his same last name,
hence I contacted you. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the
money and property left behind by my client before they get it confiscated
or declared it unserviceable by the bank where his huge deposits are lodged.
Particularly, our bank where the deceased had an account valued at
about Eight million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand United States Dollars
(US$8,708,000:00) has issued me and his lawyer a notice to provide the next
of kin or have the account confiscated after the expiring date of this
notification letter.
Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 3
years now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the
deceased since you have the same last name with him so that the proceeds of
this account valued at $8,708,000:00 can be paid to you then yourself, we
and some other highly connected bank officials who has an idea of the deal
can share the money. 75% to us and 20% to you. 5% will be used to settle all
related expenses both parties will encounter to make this business
successful. I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back up
this claims with the assistance of a lawyer you will hire from here to
secure some necessary documents from the "Federal Ministry of Justice"
to
facilitate the transfer of this money into your account as his next of kin.
All I require from you is your honesty, co-operation and your total
assistance to enable us realise this deal successfully. I guarantee that
this transaction will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will
protect you and my honorable colleagues from any breach of law here and
otherwise. We have the consent and back-up of his lawyer to make this deal
