For this letter is strictly personal, intimate and confidential.
Forgive this unusual manner of contacting you, but this particular letter is
of exceptional and very private nature. There is absolutely going to be a
great doubt and distrust in your heart in respect of this email, coupled
with the fact that, so many miscreants have taken possession of the Internet
to facilitate their nefarious deeds, thereby making it extremely difficult
for genuine and legitimate business class persons to get attention and
recognition. There is no way for me to know whether I will be properly
understood, but it is my duty to write and reach out to you. I am the
personal attorney to Effat Mansour who died in an air crash along with his
wife on the 31st October 1999 in an Egyptian airline boeing 990 with other
passengers on board. Since his death, none of his relations or persons have
come forward to lay claims to this funds as next-of-kin, and on my own, I
have made concerted effort to locate any of his relatives but all prove
abortive, which makes me to believe that maybe nobody of his knows that he
was operating this foreign account with a Finance firm. Based on the ethics
and policies of the Deposit holding firm, this funds willbe declared
unclaimed funds and taken to the treasury of the bank as capital base of the
bank, because already the account is almost to be tagged dormant because it
has almost reached the normal functional number of years. Inspite of the
above please do bear in mind that l have made several enquiries with his
country's embassies to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has
also proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I
decided to contact you with this business partnership proposal. I have
contacted you to assist in repatriating a huge amount of money left behind
by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the
Finance Company where these huge deposit was lodged. The deceased had a
deposit valued presently at $15.5million (Fifteen Million, Five Hundred
Thousand United State Dolars) and the Company has issued me a notice to
provide his next of kin or Beneficiary, otherwise have the account
confiscated within the next sixty official working days. Since I have been
unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 3years now, I seek your
consent to present you as the next of kin /Beneficiary to the deceased so
that the proceeds of this account valued at $15.5 Million US dollars can be
paid to you. This will be disbursed or shared in these percentages, 50% to
me and 45% to you, while 5% is to take care of any expenses that may arise
during the course of this transaction, as such expenses will be paid back
from this 5% after the successful transfer of the fund. Note that as a civil
servant, I do not have the financial ability to carry out this transfer
alone without a financial aid, thereby my resolve to contact you for
assistance and cooperation in this regard. I have all necessary legal
information that can be used to back up any claim we may make. All I require
is your honest Co-operation, Confidentiality and Trust to enable us see this
transaction through. I guarantee you that this will be executed under a
legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. You
will certainly ask yourself how consequential this letter is. Indeed, is it
not surprising to receive such a letter seeking immediate assistance? This
is why today I am making you a non-binding, unrestricted offer, to bring us
close into mutual understanding and cooperation now, and in the near future.

in the name of love for her equals is willing to accomplish the task of
