According to Government Policy here, any account that is non-operational for a period of one year is to be frozen by the Government.My late client account could not be frozen after all these years due to my involvement and protective eyes as his attorney, unfortunately I cannot protect the deposit any longer because the pressure is becoming so unbearable on me.
Moreover, I will not like you not to worry yourself about thelegitimacy of this transaction, for all the legal papers will be obtained to back up your claim from the financial company where the money is deposited. As we proceed, you will testify to its legality.
And as soon as this project is concluded, i will be meeting with you in person in your country for the purpose of disbursement.However to enable me commence to obtain all the necessary legal paperwork from the High Court to authenticate you as the beneficiary to the said funds, I shall require the following information from you;
