Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Raw Material Acquisition Agent, for TECHINT GROUPS; This Company needed
to buy some quantity and good quality of “AQUARMARINE CRIPPS” from your
country, do you know the material? I know someone that has the material
there and we purchase from him last year but this time around, I don’t want
his involvement because he betrayed me, I’m contacting you to source for the
material using your high level contacts because it there in your country and
I assure you that as soon as you confirm the availability the Company’s
Purchasing Manager (Mr. Adams) will travel down to your country for the
purchase of the materials.
I am inspired to subscribe for contact through the internet because my
former contact from your neighborhood there betrayed me, he’s a cheat, you
know why, before we go into business, I reached anagreement with him, and
according to him, he told me in confidence that he can source the AQUAMARINE
CRIPPS within your locality there at the cost of ($315.00) equivalent Per I
Kilo and I agree with him to sale to the Purchasing Manager at $580.00 Per I
Kilo on Agreement to give me 10% of each and every total purchase made from
him.
As a matter of fact, I received my commission from him in the first and
second transactions, not until last quarter of 2005 a total (2.500 pieces)
Two thousand Five Hundred pieces of A/CRIPPS was purchased from him at the
cost of $580.00 Per I kilo totaling ($1,450.000.00) and I’m supposed to be
entitled to ($145,000.00) One Hundred and Forty Five Thousand United States
Dollars representing 10%, of my commission, but to my greatest surprise he
deviated from our Agreed 10% instead he offered me 2% with excuses that the
price of the material has changed.
I pleaded with him over and over to give mycommission but, he bluffed me and
became blunt, I thought using legal action, but he threatened to report to
my management my previous dealings with him, that’s what made me to drop the
case for peace to prevail and to save my job, besides my agreement with him
was oral not hand written.
Now that the opportunity has come again, the same Company needed same
material and in a larger quantity this time and I don’t want to transact any
business with the man over there that is why I am contacting you to see if
you can source for the material yourself, or alternatively, I give the
contact of the former supplier so that you can contact him and negotiate
directly with him. But, you mustn’t mention my name to him because if you do
so, he will know the Company that needed it and he might bypass us. Please
Understand.
