Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

May we bring to your notice the readiness of this office to logically conclude every documentary aspect entangled to the timely and immediate release of your fund into your nominated bank account which is highly expected by this office as soon as you are in receipt of this mail as in lieu with the foreign payment policy guiding the nigeria polity.

However,be informed that this office has been granted the Autonomy to champion the final release of all outstanding foreign debts owed to our dear genuine beneficiaries like you.The Autonomy was granted during the Economic Summit orgainised at the Sate House by the World Bank Creditors in consonant with the Presidency,Federal Ministry of Finance,European Union,International Monetary Fund and other top world financial bodies.

In view of this development,you are therefore advised as a matter of urgency to furnish this office with your current receiving banking details including your contract informations and your direct telephone and fax numbers respectively to enable us expedite the final release of your long awaited fund.Treat this issue with utmost urgency while we await your timely response to this effect.
