"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attn:Roderic Fabermann ,

Reference to my telephone conversation with you, sorry for my inability to send to you the contract award certificate. It was as a result of my official duty, but now I am back to my office.

Please can you provide a fax nuber so that I can send the contract award certificate to you or can I send it to you via email attachment,i need to hear from you before i send the document.Believe you me this is for real, you have nothing to fear or worry about because I am the governor of the Nigeria Apex bank(Central Bank),I have the power to transfer this fund once I receive documents from other government parastatals that are involve in this transfer.I can assure you that within 12 working days this fund will be in your account. It is very important I speak with you on telephone, could you please give me a direct telephone where I can reach you without any hitch and after discussing with you and you are not convinced you can then forget the whole transfer or you better still call me with this direct telephone number today +234-803-3044-733.

I await for you call.

Thanks,

Prof Charles Soludo

Thank you for your totally great response.

To be honest, I am not someone who think much about the supernatural but some strange things have been occurring to me, including your letter. I am not sure if I should treat them as a warning.

Please do understand that I had said in my previous email that I have concluded to continue with this lovely plan. All I am needing now is please for you to provide some unmistakable evidence of how it will work.

Also I have been worried: what about European bank investigations?

I will expect your reply.

Good wishes,

Mr. Roderic Fabermann

By the way I endeavored to call the phone number supplied but it does not work. Sorry.
