"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am a young Sierra leonian man of 25years and I want to make an enquiry into an investment regulation in your country.I also need a financial adviser who will advise me on financial matters as I have little or no knowledge in this areas.

I am the last and the only surviving son of my late father who died last year in an unforseen circumstances.I inherited from my late father large sum of money, a total of $12.5M(Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) and some pieces of precious diamond cleverly packaged as consignment box and lodged in a Safe House as a photographic Film Materials.

I arrived yesterday night from my country with my wife and a son to Ghana I am presently lodging in guest house.I will go to the safe house to collect the consignment as soon as I have acknowledged from you that you will be of an assistance to me to receive my consignment and my family in your country.You do not have to worry about expenses because as soon as I have claim the consignments i will transfer into your account some fund to you for your pocket and most importantly to pay for the expenses that will eventually eminate from your side and also money that you will use to purchase a decent accommodation for me and my family before i come to meet you in your country.

I earnestly need your urgent response so that I will proceed and know how to go about the collection of the consignment.

I will give you my cellphone as soon as I am able to get one but pls try to re-confirm yours cellphone number while replying to me because we need to talk.

Thank you for your understanding and your willingness to assist me and my family.I have intentionally attached for your viewing and purpose of goodwill a picture of the consignment box containing the $12.5M and the diamonds just before it was deposited in the security warehouse last year.Kindly open the attachement.This photograph was taken in my country just a shortwhile before I had it brought to Ghana through diplomatic means.

I and my wife are proposing to your for your unreserve effort and co-operation 20% commission 75% for me and wife and 10% share for you on our investement partnership.
