"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello my friend!

A few weeks ago I for some reason started to have more and more dreams about foreign cash notes and gemstones tumbling all around me. And then I unexpectedly managed to win a pleasant scooter bike in a lottery. And next I read your letter. Is it not a strange coincidence? I hope that I have not mentioned to you about this before and am not boring you again but I just found it so wonderful.

Please do understand that I had said earlier that I have resolved to proceed with this fine offer. All I am needing now is please for you to demonstrate some unmistakable evidence of how it will work.

Also I have been worried: what about EEC capital gains taxation?

Imminently I look forward to read a helpful reply from you soon.

yours truly,

Ms Bosch
