"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Re: Urgent Attention Please

Dear sir,

My name is Mr. Tobby Taylor, the son of detained president of Liberia
Charles Taylor who is still with the International War Crime Tribunal,
in Nitherland. I am writing you this letter with all hope and courage
from Almighty God that you will be able to help my family on this hour of
need and persecution.

During my detained father's regime, my elder brother Showkey Taylor
(TAYLOR JUNIOR) was given a lot of contracts to execute by various
Ministries, which he successfully completed, and the contract value paid to
him accordingly. We are therefore very surprised that at the detention of
my father, his political enemies and even those who benefited immensely
from my father has all abandoned us. My senior brother Showkey made a
lot of money during my father's regime for which he is presently also
jailed in the United States of America for traveling document forgery.

Already, we have forfeited some money which was transferred through the
Central Bank of Liberia because of the records of the transactions at
that time, but during that same period, about $70 million dollars cash
was given to him by my father to keep and he was able to move about
$27.00 million (twenty seven million dollars) in a sealed case with some
diamonds and was secretly deposited with an expatriate security firm
labeled "diplomatic consignment" on family art & monument.

The security company specializes in moving out such kind of goods under
the guise of diplomatic immunity coverage. With this kind of
arrangement they were able to move out cash for my detained father and other
high
ranking personnel in his government. The security firm has an appointed
commission agents, who will clear the consignment of its arrival and
deliver to the consignee.

I am now writing you this letter and soliciting your assistance to
enable us retrieve these money knowing fully well that there is no banking
record of it, no risk involved but due to our restricted movement and
lack of money for my family. The role I want you to undertake in this
transaction is to front on my behalf to claim the cash consignment from
the agent on its arrival, all these arrangements are carried out under
cover, there will be no risk involved.

You will be entitled to 30% of the total sum, as your share while 65%
will be for us. The remaining 5% is to cover all expenses that you might
incur in the course of the transaction. If this arrangement is
acceptable by you, please send to me without delay your full particulars to
enable me prepare the legal papers that will support you for claims and
the security company to prepare the airway bill and tag the consignment
in your favour.

As soon as the airway bill is prepared and tagged in your favour, copy
will be sent to you to enable you contact the appointed commission
agent to know of the estimated time of arrival of the consignment please,
my dear friend, if you know that you may not be obliged to assist me in
this deal, I urged you in the name of the Almighty God not to let the
cat out of the bag as I have revealed to you my life âs secret. You
should always direct all correspondences to me through my private/security
email address: taylorjnr@fsmail.net or +231 6 851 187.

May God bless you as you assist my family.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Tobby Taylor
