Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

I succeeded in lodging some millions of Dollars oversea and now decide

invest about $15m usd on any lucrative bussiness abroad and for my plan

be effective I now want to seek for a good,trustworthy and God fearing
foreigner who will be as my partner and will be 100% in control of this
investment while i will operate underground because for now I do not
want
