Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Yes, first of all the main reason why the high rate of the delivery charges is due to the insurance policy, administrative charge and the little, little tax we pay to cover that kind of amount, believe me is quiet much. I am writing you this email to prove to you that what Mr. Quantus Park, has been saying is not a joke neither is it a lie neither is he misleading you.
