"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Esteemed Customer,

RE: ADDITIONAL 14 WORKING DAYS FOR ALL UNCLAIMED PARCELS (WINNERS OF THE MasterCard® MEGA JACKPOT PROMO).

We are pleased, to inform you that you have been given additional 14 working days to claim your parcel from our clearing house, the won prize of the MasterCard® Mega Jackpot of £6,600,000.00 (SIX MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS). Equivalent to $11,064,000 USD. (Eleven Million, sixty four thousand US Dollars). Now the council of the British Gamming board has agreed on you claiming your prize either by the delivery of your MasterCard® (5148 6547 8940 6543) or a certified check issued from the issuing bank. Be informed that, we are aware of the ongoing internet fraud so we understand how it looks like when you are been asked to pay for the delivery of a parcel that you have not seen and the delivery charges very high and unusual. Been notified by email is another set back of this lottery promotion which makes it looks like a normal internet scam. But it is not. Another set back is the use of western union. Western union has been confirmed the most reliable way
for scammers to transfer their fund, but unfortunately, that is not true for our case, we use western union because it is not easy to hack. In the past few years we had problems with hackers, the first, hacked into one of our account and made away with £190,000 ( One hundred and ninety thousand pounds) and the second one made away with £259,000 ( Two hundred and fifty nine thousand pounds) so if you are in our shoes will you give out your company's account?

Yes, first of all the main reason why the high rate of the delivery charges is due to the insurance policy, administrative charge and the little, little tax we pay to cover that kind of amount, believe me is quiet much. I am writing you this email to prove to you that what Mr. Quantus Park, has been saying is not a joke neither is it a lie neither is he misleading you. In most countries where lottery promotions are been recognized, all the required charges are been taken care of by the lottery House or sponsors, but this lottery house (MasterCard® MEGA JACKPOT), claims that they have settled so much for this particular lottery promo, that they wish they never made any promo, because it has taken more than they expected. They waved the delivery charges to you because they feel you a winner of £6,600,000.00 (SIX MILLION, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS). Equivalent to $11,064,000 USD. (Eleven Million, sixty four thousand US Dollars) could handle the delivery charges.
You, as a learned Man/Woman as I presumed, will not courier a parcel worth that huge amount with out insurance or all the necessary securities, Would you? If anything happens to it your customer will file a case against you and He/She will definitely win. As for the COD (Cash on Delivery) that we would never allow due to what we have witnessed in the past, you will not understand, I am the P.R.O (Public relations Officer) Inter-Parcel Board Of Directors, so I know what I am talking about, people take us for granted and we would not want to be fooled twice.

Let me make one thing clear today, in the United Kingdom, we pay so much, you must pay tax , tithe and so on, that you will wish you never had so much or planned so much, the Promotion was to help people, this same promotion was to show appreciation and to make people aware that they exist and for the people who already have one to be proud of them, but unfortunately it has taken another dimension. So our Esteemed Customer, we do understand, if you do not claim these prize, there is no problem with that at all, we would understand, but as an advanced Man of God, I will not lie to you, do all you can to claim these prize, it is real, I assure you, you will leave to remember today take my words. Never the less you have just additional 14 days left to claim your parcel. I know you might be feeling that I am sending you this mail to make you either pay the delivery charges or to make you change your mind in claiming these prize, No. I leave you to your fate the ball is
in your court. We are just the delivery firm; we are not the lottery House, so get that straight. I understand that most people has been scammed before now, yes it is true, UK, has been named one of the scammed countries, but behold there are still good people. We would have loved to help but the rules and regulations of the British Gaming Board, do not allow that in any way, if you are caught you will serve 7 years in prison, so think about that, you have the instructions just do as the Director (Mr. Quantus Park) states he is right. I wish you all that you wish yourself.

Be informed that they are group of scammers who use almost exactly all our information to scam people, if you go through our website you will see the advert placed on it so be warned. Just make sure you do what is right. If you are not comfortable with my piece of advice you can reach me with this phone number: +44 207 060 0938 Ext. 03.
