"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Contact me ASAP.

good day,

I am contacting you with reason that we are going to
be of great use to each other.

My name is Jonathan Adeyemi, I was the 'PERSONAL

former First Lady, Chief (Mrs) Stella Obasanjo. Untill
her death, she was the
Late wife of Chief olusegun Obasanjo, President Of the
Federal Republic Of Nigeria.

Before I go into further details please be informed
that I am writing without any
other person`s pre-knowledge of my contacting you,
Therefore I will appreciate same
attitude to be maintained.

All through the Days before
the death of the Late First Lady,
she revealed to me a deposit which she deposted with my name in a Bank
located
here in Nigeria for security reasons, though she told me that
the money is the sum of US$18 Million which
was her share from a secret oil transaction while she
was in the office.

After the burial of the Late First Lady, I made
frantic effort on my best possible way to
handle this money. I sought advice from a close friend
of mine who sugested that I
must seek for a trust worthy foreign business partner.

However, i sincerely ask for your assistance to get
this Funds out of Nigeria, and your share for assisting
me will be 25% of the total sum, 5% will be used for
upsetting all the expenses incurred in the course of
concluding
this venture and the remaining 70% that will be for me
and my family.

The money will be released within 7 days of my
being in receipt of your reply
and I want to assure you that this transaction is 100%
risk free.
In case you have any question do not
hesitate to contact me as I wait for your swift and
favourable response to my email:jonathanadeyemi@hotmail.com

Thank you.

Best Regards
Jonathan Adeyemi.
