Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Just Some Few Months Ago,My Doctor confirmed to me that I have serious illness which is Stroke, that does not allow me to move freely and my health situation is in a very critical step, I don't know if I may survive in the next few months or a year ahead.
