"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I need your help

Dear ,

May the peace of the Lord Almighty be with you amen,I am Williams Moise Nzau ,the only son of Mrs Aicha Moise a widow from central african republic. My Mother and late father were married for nineteen years with my self as the only child,my beloved father died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death, we all were born again Christians. Since his death, My mother decided not to re-marry or get a child outside her matrimonial home .

When my late father was alive he left the sum of $7.5 Million (Seven Million Five Hundred U.S.Dollars) in a fixed deposite account with a bank. Presently I and my mother are residing here in West Africa as political refugees.

Recently my mother's Doctor told us that she would not last for the next Eight months due to the heart palpitation she developed over these years since after the death of my late father. Having known my mothers health condition I decided to donate part of this fund out to someone that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein. I want you to use part of this fund for orphanages, widows, propagating the word of God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained.

The Bible made us to understand that Blessed is the hand that giveth. I took this decision because of my future and my mother who is lying so sick at the hospital. you will help me to secure a good education in your country & accomodation . for the sake of God i will like you to take me as your son and be a guidian to me and my future . I want you and your family to always pray for me and my mother because the lord is our shephard and that is why my mother is still alife.

Please i want you to indicate your willingness towards assisting me and my mother as any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing for another foreign person for this same purpose. Hoping to receive your reply . send your response to my letter at our confidential email address(william_smoise@yahoo.com) God bless you.

Yours Faithfully,
Williams Moise Nzau
