Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

This letter is not intended to cause any embarrassment in whatever
form,rather is compelled to contact your esteemed self, following the
knowledge ofyour high reputation and trustworthiness.

I am MRs.JANET JUSTICE from Central African Republic, presently staying in
the most secured hospital here in Cotonou(Benin Republic. I am the wife of
Mr.Justice Edward who was a Central African Republic politician and a
Bank Executive Director for more than thirteen years before he died in the
year 2003,November 20.We were married for eleven years without a child. He
died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days.

Before his death we were both born again Christian and also charitable
people. Since his death I decided not to remarry or get a child outside my
matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my late husband was alive
he deposited the sum of $11.5Million (Eleven Million Five hundred Thousand
U.S.Dollars) cash in name with one Security company. Presently, this money
is still with the Security Company.Recently my Doctor told me that I would
not last for the next Four months due to cancer problem. The one that
disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided
to keep this fund in this security company.

I want an organization or an individual that will use this fund for
orphanages, widows, tsunami victims,huricane victims,propagating the word of
God and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained.The Bible made us to
understand that blessed is the hand that giveth.

I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this
money and my husband relatives are not capable and competent,besides they
were no Christians and I don't want my husband´s efforts to be used
extravagantly. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an
ungodly way.

This is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death because i
know i am going to that place prepared for me by the good lord which is
eternity because thats what he promised those that trust and obey his
words,i know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 15 VS 13
says that in your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed.
I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health
hence the presence of my husband's relatives around me always.

I don't want them to know about this development because they will try to
seize it,they have already done enogh damages to me due to my
childlessness,they collected all the property than i and my late husband as
laboured for all our life due to my husband is no more alive to protect me
and however i have no child,so this is the more reason why i dont want them
to be a beneficiary to this fund because they are cruel people and thats why
im contacting you to help me get this fund distributed to the less
priviledge ones,and this fund will gets to you through your account or any
account you know will be much more secure and safe, With God all things are
possible.

As soon as I receive your reply I shall inform the security company that you
are the new beneficiary of the said fund and I will also issue you an
authoritative letter that will prove that you are the present beneficiary
of this fund. I want you and the organization to always pray for me because
the lord is my shepherd. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy
Christian.

Whoever that wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and
truth.Please always be prayerful all through your life.
