After the death of my mother Mrs. Rebecca Garang on the 15th December 2005, the president of Sudan placed embargo on my late father's assets during his speech on the 2nd January 2006 which made me to leave my country through road to another country where the United Nations granted me refugee under political asylum camp in Accra-Ghana.
As the first Son of my Father, during the time of his rebel wars, He secretly informed me of one Metallic box containing the sum of USD$27 million dollars which he deposited in a security company in Accra-Ghana for safekeeping. Actually, this was the reason why I left my country to Ghana immediately the president of Sudan placed embargo on my late fathers assets in Sudan. Meanwhile, my Father did not disclose the content of the box to the security company to avoid the official from raising eyebrows to the fund; Based on this he declared the consignment as Family Treasures also he did not use his or my name as the beneficiary for security reason.
As a matter of facts, I have made inquiries with the security company here in Accra-Ghana for the release of this consignment and was told that my late father left an instruction that the consignment should only be release to his foreign partner, but unfortunately he never presented any one before his sudden death occurred.
Based on this, I am honorably seeking your assistance to help me stand in as my late father's foreign beneficiary to the consignment, since my father did not present any person to the security company as his foreign partner before his sudden death occurred and the security company has given me the authority to appoint someone who will stand and receive the box. Therefore I want you to travel down to Ghana to meet with me in person, after our meeting, we shall then proceed to the security company as the direct beneficiary to the consignment and withdraw this funds out from the security company.
After the release/transfer of this fund I will travel back to your country with you and you will direct me on how best we can invest this fund in your country because my late father told me that it is dangerous to invest this fund in Africa to avoid suspicions, and due to market instability coupled with economic and political instability facing African countries, that is why I want to invest in Abroad.
I also want you to understand that this very project is 100% free risk as all procedures will be legally handled because my late father gave me all the original documents for the claim of this consignment.
Finally, I wait for your confirmation as regards to your journey to this place Accra Ghana. On your reply I will forward a text of application of claim which you will send to the security company before coming. As you may like to know, Ghana is located in West Africa where the Former Secretary-General of the United Nations Kofi Annan came from.
