"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

How are you today hope fine, please i dont know how its sounds to your ear but all i know is that God in heaven knows the truth of what i am telling you, i and my sister need your help to transfer our money deposited by my late father in bank here in Nigeria, which my father used my name as the only son in depositing the fund so please i am contacting you to nominate your account number and to contact the bank asking them to transfer this fund to your account, i ahve the deposite receipt which my father offer to me, so please in your response to this mail i will like you to sent me your full contact information like mobile telephone number, bank name and bank account number which i will submit to the bak for the bank to contact you for the immediate transfer of the fund to your nominated bank account so i and sister will come over to your country to futher our education please
