"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

GREETINGS FROM RAGHAD SADDAM HUSSEIN.

Dear sir / madam,

I hope you will not be embarrassed receiving this mail, as we have not had previous correspondences on this before. I am also believing that you will not expose or betray the trust and confidence I am about to bestow on you. I have decided to contact you with greatest delight and personal respect.

I am RAGHAD SADDAM HUSSEIN KAMEL, the eldest daughter of SADDAM HUSSEIN the former Iraqi president who was executed on the 30th of December 2006 after being found guilty of crime against humanity. I, my sister Hana and some of my children are on exile and presently guests of the royal family of Jordan (King Abdullah II) and presently in Amman .

Before contacting you on this matter I have thought carefully about this idea, that I wish to invest this funds kept in my possession before my father was captured. My father gave me this funds for safe keeping and to do anything with it that would make me happy, because he understood and believed that things were getting out of hands though he never allowed it to show on his face because of the people around him who saw him to be firm and powerful. The amount is US$2.500,000 (Two million five hundred thousand united states dollars).

Unfortunately this funds cannot come to you directly from were I am presently due to some security reasons and due to our present situation and predicament. Therefore I have already arranged for a successfully means in which the funds will be lifted out of here ( Jordan ) to a safe passage. If we do have to set the ball rolling, you would be instructed on how best to have this money transferred to you, as l am being careful as to safeguarding our transactions

This transaction is 100% risk free so long you keep it very confidential because of the bad blood some people have with regards to my father's reign and brutal past, I will be equally making an arrangements on how to meet up with you as soon as the fund is in your secure possession if and when the need arises.

You will be adequately compensated with 20% of the total funds as soon as you do everything possible for the funds to arrive in your safe possession, also understand that if this 20% is not enough for you due to the expenses you think you will incur in making the funds get to you, you are very free to state your proposal. I will also give you the necessary data's you might need to secure the funds. If you are interested please do furnish me your with your details (names, telephone/fax, age, country and job status). And do reply to my personal email address: raghadshkamel@aol.com for further discussion over this matter.

Hope to read from you soonest .

Regards,
Raghad Saddam Hussein Kamel.
