Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Dear Winner,

The Uk NATIONAL LOTTERY have come to a conclusion of your lottery winners, and ask me your fudiaciary agent to negotiate with you if you are willing to co-operate, We intend to help you out by paying the dues requested from UK AWARD TEAM LOTTERY and that will be negotitiable in my own side if you are will to split the winning 70/30...
All winner in the USA or you if are not the the United State you will look for somebody to open an account with the bank in which the payment will be wired to the winners account. or if you can travel to where we have secures account of your Prize in cash, let us know that you can come and pick it up yourself then we will make arrangement with you on how you can come and pick your parcel.
If you are down with this agreement i want you to open an account with SUNTRUST BANK and send me the information of the account then i will wire the specificed amount without you pay paying any charges required, after you recieve payment you will have to remit my own 30%. so you can pay to the account that will be given to you by the LOTTERY AWARD TEAM LOTTERY programme.

But first you would have to contact the Agency with a letter of agreement that i Mr patterson that i am entiltled to 70% of the winning... and until the transaction is done i will have to pay 30% from the fund they will send to your account with SUNTRUST BANK.
If you which the Transaction should go on then try and open Account with the sais SUNTRUST BANK the send to your the Account Details. then we will let you know as soon as we have remit your payment.
