Dear Madam
FOR YOUR ATTENTION, AND ASSISTANCE
With sense of security and safety for my family, Icrave your indulgence to
come to our rescue.
It was not my intention to embarrass you with my condition, rather the
situation I have found myself has compelled me to ask for your assistance.
Few years back, my late husband Rachidi was accused of killing his
boss Mr. Laurent Kabila, of Democratic Republic of Congo, over a very
confidential issue that was never leaked to the world till today. On account
of this accusation, he was executed without formal trial.
My late husband had carried away the sum of USD$3.5m (Three Million, Five
Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars) being part of the proceeds of Diamond sales
which Kabila was using to prosecute the war with the rebels, at the expense
of
the entire country, and nothing for those serving him, including my late
husband.
My husband as his Personal Guard directed fund movement in the Presidential
Villa then.
Prior to his death, he made sure the money was moved down to Accra, Ghana
where it was handed over to Finance House for safe custody who on the
instruction of my late husband moved the money to London for safety and
security reasons. My husband took me into confidence and instructed me to
move down to Ghana with my two children, and evidence of the deposit once I
hear the any news about himself though he never elaborated .
On that fateful day the news was broken to me by one of his friends that my
husband had been killed and advised me to move immediately adding that they
were coming to carry out a search of our premises, and possibly arrest me.
I had to elope through the border before Kabila's men came looking for me
after
killing my husband in sharp retaliation. The entire members of Rachidi
family are
still bearing the brunt of this action as we are now scattered all over West
Africa.
Please reserve this as top secret for our safety.
I do not intend to bore you with stories, than to ask you to help me receive
this money from the finance house in London because I can no longer
stay here without endangering my life and those of my children. The
political asylum granted us is about to expire, and according to ECOWAS
TREATY, we
need to regularize it. We can not go back to Congo where Kabila's son Joseph
is still in charge of government, and desperately searching for us.
Therefore, I want you to give your consent to receive this money from the
finance house, and take the share percentage of 25%, and leave the rest of
the money for me and my children's education. We shall rely on you to assist
us invest the money in your country, while holding on TRUST until we arrive
your country. When I do receive your response, I can then send to you
evidence
of the deposit, and instruct the finance house to commence delivery process.
I have waited all this while for strategic reasons. The coast is now clearer
for me to move out with my children since. I have succeeded in keeping the
Kabila Son completely blind about my location. Your urgent response to come
to our rescue is highly awaited and will be appreciated.
