With my connections in my countrie's petroluem agency, I assisted a business man from Iraq, Mr. Hussaine to get an oil allocation from the Petroleum Agency of Sao Tome and Principe. It is a very difficult task to get a crude oil lifting license from any country's petroleum agency. This oil allocation was for 5 years at 24 million barrels for 12 months.Mr. Hussaine due to his ill health could not make use of the oil allocation. This allocation is still valid till this date.
I have worked out a perfect arrangement, were this oil lifting license can be re-allocated to our company, while i arrange for all lifting procedures to enable us lift and sale the crude to my buyers on a regular FOB transaction. {The buyers will arrive our loading port with their vessels}
For us to proceed in this highly prospective business, we need to officially register our company with the corporate affairs commission of Sao Tome and Principe and also with the contractor’s board of directors of the National Petroleum Agency (NPA) as our lifting company. The contractors’ board of directors is the association of all the foreign companies operating within the NPA. Both registration process will take just 3 working days and is regarded as “Stage 1”
“Stage 2” will involve the re-assignment of the oil license allocation to your company as our lifting company.
The re-assignment of the oil allocation to our company gives us the privilege to operate as first lifters from the block. This attracts a US$2.00 discount per barrel to the lifter. The US$2.00 is our (Lifter) entitlement from the local petroleum agency (National Petroleum Agency), Also been able to get final buyers entitles us also to a US$1.00 discount from the discount given to the end buyer as "Mandates". As we are going to be lifting 2 Million barrels per month from the block, US$2.00 discount from local petroleum agency sums up to US$4 Million per month. And US$1.00 Discount from the end buyer comes to US$2 Million per month. This totals to US$6 Million gross coming to our group.
On equity sharing ration, both of us will be making a profit of US$3 Million each as profits monthly.
With my contacts in the NPA, my obligation in this partnership business is to make sure we succeed in getting the oil license allocation re-assigned to our company and also to ensure that all lifting procedures are made available. Also I have ready buyers who are ready to pay cash for the crude we lift.
The oil and energy sector is my world. Crude oil business is highly prospective and is the fastest legitimate money making machinery someone can set up. A one way transaction in this circle whether a buy or a sell will give us a net profit of over 20% including commission due to our mandate status to the National Petroleum Agency (NPA) When the market is shaking like with the Israel/Lebanon crises, Oil merchants make as much as 100% profit.
