"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Since my husband's death l have been subjected to unbearable hostile
treatments by his other wives and their siblings for the fact that l was the
Sultan's favourite when he was alive. And my predicament is made worse by the
Sharia Laws practiced in the state which restricts the rights of women.I
strongly believe that my life and that of my children are in grave danger.

I am writing to see if I can establish an honest relationship with you
through this correspondence whereby you can assist me to transfer my
legitimate will right from my late husband, deposited in various banks and
Financial Houses which l have access to into your account in your country
for safe keeping and then assist me to re-locate from Nigeria to your
country with my two children.

If you indicate you interest to assist me,l am willing to negotiate a
reasonable percentage for you if l am confident that you are a trustworthy
individual and capable of helping us.

Once again l pray and plead for your help and as soon as l receive a
positive response l shall release more information to you concerning all
these.

Sincerely Yours

Hajia Zainab Maccido.
