"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I want to inquire if you can supply some quantities of computers to Some Organisations and Parralstatals here in some Countries in the West African sub-region.

A contract is awarded to a former trade minister of the Republic of Ghana to supply and install computers to some organizations, Government Institutions and Agencies in some West African Countries for their fully automation.

As a computer and allied products dealer based in Ghana, I was approached by the Legal adviser to the former minister who won this contract to source for suppliers who would be capable to take up
this contract as he wants to sublet the said contract to a competent foreign supplier. The value of this contract is US$15million and you will be paid 70% up front and 30% after supply and installations.

You are also required to come to Accra Ghana to sign the contract agreement after which the 70% up front payment would be paid to you to enable you start the supply. Our interest here would be for you to accept to over-invoice the actual value of the goods you are to supply to the tune of US$3million.The over-invoiced amount shall be shared among ourselves on the ratio of 50% to you and 50% to us (the legal adviser and myself). The total contract amount shall be paid into your account and you will later pay our share to us.Which means that, the actual value of the goods you will then supply shall not exceed U.S$12Million.

If you accept the above condition, quickly contact us now in order to seal the deal immediately.
The computer (complete system) to be supplied should comprise the combination of the following:
