"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Peter Alley , a director in one of the numerous agencies of REMAX
( Franchising Network ) Agenzia Immobiliare here in Italy . A world wide estate company . Though I don't know you but I got your contact through online business search.

I have a client of mine who has indicated interest in acquiring properties in your country. After a careful session with my client and what my client intends doing , I found it necessary to contact you to assist knowing fully well that you are not an estate agent. Based on that am contacting you without my official company letter headed papers or contact. This is purely my personal business that has got nothing to do with my company

I repeat being an estate agent , I am suppose to contact one of my offices in your country to do that but what my client wants demands absolute confidentiality , hence my contacting you.

I am solely doing this transaction on my own. It is outside the knowledge of my office and also out the knowledge of my network , hence I would want you to protect this transaction. If this letter is not of any interest to you , please just throw it to the trash can and discuss not about it.

You will be adequately compensated . Once you indicate your interest to assist , I will inform you how much my client intends to invest , the type of properties needed , your compensation and how we intend doing it.

If you can do it , then do contact me on any of the following e-mail
alleypeter@realtyagent.com and alleypeter39@yahoo.co.uk .

I hope to read from you soonest.

Regards,

Peter Alley
