"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am glad to inform you that I am in receipt of your mail and the provided required details to enable you claim your winnings. But you will need to make a choice of either bank to bank transfer if you can provide bank information or through our affiliate courier services, that will deliver your winning certificate and cheque of your winning prize which will be ready for disbursement in exactly Four(4) days time. In this regard, you are free to make any choice as you proceed to claiming your winnings.

We expect that you will notify us of your choice upon receipt of this message so that appropriate arrangement can be put in place. also, you are adviced to respond as soon as possible because your winnings has been on ground for quite some time now and the deadline for you to claim your winnings will be announced and you will be served a disclaimer form. That means forfeit your winnings.
