I got your contact in my search for an honest, godly and trustworthy foreign
partner to assist me transact rather very lucrative but confidential
business. First, I must introduce myself to you. I am Alpha Michel, a former
member of security adviser to the late President of DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF
CONGO (DRC) (formerly known as Zaire), LAURENT KABILA.
Due to the war raging in my country then the late president, Laurent Kabila
was using me through diplomatic means to send money out of the Republic
because he had feared that he might be overthrown or killed at anytime. He
wanted to provide for his family good livelihood. On this particular
occasion the late President gave me Gold and Diamond, including the sum of
US$9.3 (Nine Million, Three Hundred US Dollars Only) to carry abroad. This
money was packed into a SAFE-BOX and lodged in a security company abroad
through classified deposit where it is not check before depositing but
deposited as family Antiques without disclosing the real content.
So, the son (Joseph Kabila) of the president arranged for the death of his
father so he can take over from him, so succeeded in killing the father and
he start to arrest his father cabinet member to for trial of his father’s
death so the world will not know that he has something to do with the death
of his father, so when my name was included and I know it is death, so I
escape to another country where I am seeking refuge now without anything
because the son (Joseph Kabila) who is the president now confiscated and
frozen my property and account respectively leaving with nothing but by
God’s grace I am trying to survive and that is why I contacted you for
assistance to release the Gold and Diamond including the money (Seven
Million, Two Hundred US Dollars Only) from the security company as my
foreign partner. My objective now is to invest this money in a foreign
country like yours. I will also appreciate entering into a profitable joint
venture with you after the safe release of the money to you in your country.
I am by this mail asking you to assist me release this money to your person.
For your assistance, I shall compensate you with 40% of the total sum. And
5% of the total sums for expenses you and l may incur in course of this
transaction. The remaining 55% will be for me and my family, which you will
help us invest.

determination to help me. Note that all necessary arrangements for the
