Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

my names are mr jose domingos.l came from the republic of east timor.formerly part of lndonesia.but right now,l am in the U.N.O.refugees camp in thailand under the protection and care of the united nations.my father is MR RAMOS DOMINGOS.he was a former cabinet memeber of the deposed government under prime minister MARI ALKATIRI.due to the politcal problems that rock our country last year.l found myself in this helpless situation.during the politcal lmpasses that last year.my father starts to have feelings that the government of prime minister mari alkatiri which he is serving will fall soonest.he secretly withdraw some money and deposited it in a security and finance company in thailand.he called me and handed the documents concerning the funds to me as the only son.he and my mother tasked me to take care of myself and my yuonger sister with the money if anything happens to them.shortly afterward,the government of prime minister mari alkat!
iri was topped.some cabinet ministers took their families and fleed east timor.my parents were unlucky to escape in time.as the new government closed all borders,many people were arrested lncluding my father.l took my sister and flee to u.s embassy.as political tensions continue to mounts over some of us that are families member of the fallen regime that took protection in the embassy.riots begans all over dili our capital city.the embassy plainly told us that our security is on longer safe.they handed us over to the U.N.mission in dili which later tranfer us to the united nations camp here in thailand.the fate of my father is still unknow till now and the whereabout of my mother is still uncleared.l have not got any goodnews about from east timor.please l pleads you to help me and my sister,mrs maria domingos out of this situation.we never experienced refugees camp before but now l know what the refugees that l used to watch on television !
are passing through.please lndicate your sincere lnterest to help me
and my sister.it is not our faults.l am just 23 years old and my sister is 16 years old.right now,we cannot go back to east timor because of security reasons.please helps us out.l will released all the lnformations concerning this our last hope on this earth to you lmmediately.the amount is ($200,000 us dollars)(two hundred thousand us dollars).help us to tranfer the money to your country and relocate us there.l am still a student and will want to continued my education there.my sister will also reenter to continued her own education.please,all our hopes is on this money,dont report us to our home government.after you helps us in tranfering the money and relocating us safelty and peacefully.l will wholeheartly deposited all the money in your care.just be paying our school fees and let us be eating our meals at your table.it is ok for us.right now,l dont know what to do with this kind of fund and l dont want to stop my educatio!
