"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Re: INVESTMENT PROJECT

My Dear,

It is my pleasure to contact you for a business venture which I and my

Son David Pedro, intend to establish in your country, though I have not

met with you before but I believe, one has to risk confiding in

succeed sometimes in life.

I am Mrs. Julia . Alexandra Pedro. A widow of Later Dr. Abraham G.

PEDRO who died on the 29th January 2006 as a result of heart failure.

Until his death he was the Board director Of British Gas and Petroleum

reservation centre and other chain of businesses. Since his death I

have been left in sorrow and pains, as his memories has never pass on

to my heart. I am writing this letter to you in a state of helplessness

and hope to you will work with me and my son.

My late Husband entered into a contract with some contractors to build

Oil Company for him and has deposited the sum of USD$55 million in

their bank as an advance payment not knowing that death will cheat on

him. I have been contacted several times by the manager requesting that

i should recieve the money, but I couldn't do it due to the state of my

health and for the fact that I have not find a trusted and hard working

individual or company that will help me to invest this money in any

profitable business.

Now I and my son decided to invest these money in your country or

anywhere safe enough since my only son David wanted to go into
business after his graduation by this year, coupled with the fear my

health condition has created in me.
We want you to help us recieve and retrieve this fund from them and use

it to investment on Air Transportation business.

Either Air Transportation or Tourism

Alternatively, You can choose to invest it in your personal business

provided it will be of a greater success. I will also leave the

management into your cares pending my sons' graduation and readiness to

take over from you. If you can be of an assistance to us we will be

pleased to offer to you 25% of the total fund either in cash or as your

invested capital.
I await your soonest response along with your contact details.

Respectfully yours,
Mrs.Julia Alexandra Pedro
