I am Mr. Frank Rogers, a Personal Assistant and reliable confidant to His Excellency; Dr. Peter Odili whom I have stated his position above.
Having been in government for eight {8} years under the new democratic dispensation as the Executive Governor of Rivers which is reputed to produce the highest chunk of crude oil in the Niger Delta for world export which has advertently placed Nigeria as the 6th largest crude oil producer in the world being enjoyed by friends and foes all over the world. So it has become imperative that one looks for ways to put into use the sum of $15m that has been deposited in a security company by His Excellency to invest back and buy up most of this utilities that are being sold now to individuals in the country and outside.
The money being made available to you are legal funds acquired via award of contracts by His Excellency and all kick-backs accruing to him as a result of his good will and commitment to contractors which is now in a security company.
With the coming in of another administration after 29th May, His Excellency; Dr. Peter Odili, may not have the kind of power he currently exercises over this choice properties, so the need to act now and that is why your co-operation is needed to act as representative in this regard and you shall be handsomely rewarded. Because his Excellency, with his present position cannot be seen to be involved in this transaction.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU.

3.All information on the lucrative ventures will be made available to you to act, analyze and invest upon with the FUND that is going to be made available to you within the next 5 days from the receipt of your reply.
4.Upon the receipt of this fund, you are expected to hold talks with me where a final agreement will be reached and signed by both parties to legally protect the interest of both parties.
5.This business is strictly between you and me as the representative of His Excellency Dr. Peter Odili, as his political standing and federal government motivated monitoring does not and will not permit his direct involvement.
6.Upon the receipt of the initial DEPOSIT, which is going to be done under a very secured perfect arrangement devoid of suspicion and illegalities, you will be expected to take your 20% {CONFIDENTIAL TRUST PERCENTAGE} CTP of the total sum received by you while the rest is invested for my Boss. Furthermore, you will be entitled to 10% Equity Share Holding in whatever investment we may choose or go into, bearing this arrangement in mind, you can attest to the fact with me that it is a win-win situation for you as you had nothing to loose but all to gain.
