"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

attack during one of their peace keeping forum in the year 2003. I
inherited Sum of 13.3 millions US dollars from my late Father. This money
was deposited in Ivory Coast under a family arrangement. My main purpose
of sending you this mail is because of the way I found you and perhaps
trustworthy to give this priority of this money to any address that you
think is very secured and safe in place with your percentage of which we
shall chat on soon. I will come over to your country to continue my
education as soon as the funds is claimed by you. There is need for urgent
action to avoid bad souls not to steal this money. I give thanks immensely
for the co-operation as I look forward to hear from you soonest.
