Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Because of this incident discovered, the African Development Bank board of directors has come to a conclusion that all the contractors/beneficiaries will henceforth receive their payment from the payment control unit to avoid any further irregularities.

The instruction past to our entire client was to ignore any message from my office henceforth till further notice. And incase such message is been sent to you, you are equally advised to forward the message to the official presidency Email: officialpresidency_op@yahoo.co.in for further verification.
