"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

ATTN: Mr Beck,

Goodday to you, i clearly do not see any reason why you should be distressed. What is the problem you have regarding the the procedure we have informed you would take before you we deliver your winning package to you?

And i don't understand what you mean by saying can't it be more simpler if we send you a draft?

We have already issued in your name your winning cheque and it's a certified cheque and you can cash it anywhere in the world.

The process we explained to you yesterday to recieve your winning package it quiet ok, all you have to do is to send to us the delivery charges that it would cost our affiliate delivery department to send your winning package to you in Germany.

You can also come personally to the UK to pick up your winning if you don't subcribe to the other means.

I await your urgent response.

Regards
James Keegan.
