"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

We have had the same problem over the years, so we have included the use of a high British International Security, which also carries an insurance policy, by prompting winners to obtain a Drug/Anti-Terrorist Clearance Certificate to cover their winnings. This will then serve as a check on the usage of such funds for carrying out nefarious acts like terrorism, drug trafficking, etc.

It is expected that you understand the fact that this is not basically same as every other lottery. as to the problem you encountered trying to reach me, it could be due to network connection due to the distance.I advice that you follow the necessary procedures to enable the quick transfer of your winnings to you. I hope you understand.
Lastly, if you are still in doubt, write an official email to this office forfeiting your winnings. This will then make the Board of Directors re-stake your winnings for the next edition of this E-lottery promotions.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
