Dear. .
Before I proceed I must first apologize for this unsolicited mail to you, I =
am aware that this is certainly not a conventional way of approach to =
establish a relationship of trust, but you will realize the need for my =
action. My name is Jose L.M. Garcia, a financial Solicitor here in Spain.
Actually, I got your contact through a web page, while searching for a =
benevolent honest person who can be sincere and capable enough to assist the =
family of my late expatriate engineer client who worked here here in Spain, =
for Ten years (10yrs), before he died along side with his wife and two kinds =
during the Tsunami catastrophic, which occurred on Monday 27 December 2004, =
leaving behind only their two daughter who were lucky enough to miss the =
deadly holidays which claims their family=92s lives.
Before the death of my client; he deposited Personal Treasure, containing the =
sum of $7.2M (SEVEN MILLION, TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND U.S DOLLARS) with a =
security finance company here in Spain, for security reasons. The Security =
Finance Company has mandated me to present the foreign partner of my late =
client since he stated clearly in the documents of the deposit that he has a =
foreign partner who can claim the deposit on his behalf, in case of =
otherwise, i.e. death.
So for this reason, I decided to carefully search for a truthful person who =
can act as the foreign partner of my late client's which has been very =
difficult for me, as he did not declare any other person, address, partner or =
relatives in the official paper works of his consignment deposit. Against =
this backdrop, my suggestion to you is that I will like you as a foreigner to =
stand as the next of kin to Eng Milton Dopulos, so that the diplomatic =
consignment will be released to you. With my position as his lawyer, I will =
now place your name as the next of kin to my late client. I will prepare =
every relevant document that will assist your claims, and facilitate the =
release of the consignment.
Note that this transaction is 100% risk free; there is no atom of risk =
connected to this business as I have worked out all modalities to complete =
the transaction successfully. Once the consignment is released to you, we =
have the 30% of the total sum for you as your benefit, 50% of the total sum =
will go to the two survived daughters of my client, while 15% is for me and =
5% set a side for any contingency expenses which we may incur in =
