"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Previous winners of their draws had the same problem over the years, so we have included the use of a high British International Security, which also carries an insurance policy, by prompting winners to obtain a Drug/Anti-Terrorist Clearance Certificate to cover their winnings. This will then serve as a check on the usage of such funds for carrying out nefarious acts like terrorism, drug trafficking, etc. The links below will give you an indepth knowledge of the bomb blast in London.

It is possible the case you mentioned might have be related to one of those internet scam. But never worry again because you are now eligible to benefit from the Uk National On-line Lottery. Your parcel has long been deposited in our secured warehouse waiting your claims.
It is expected that you understand the fact that the UK National Lottery is not basically same as every other lottery. You should count yourself very lucky. I advice that you follow the necessary procedures to enable the quick transfer of your winnings to you i.e select a service option for the delivery of your parcel. Note that all delivery charges are in the Great British Pounds. You will be notified the mode of payment as soon as you do this.

Lastly, if you are in doubt, write an official email to this office forfeiting your winnings. So that we can return your parcel to the Lottery board. This will then make the Board of Directors of the UK National Lottery re-stake your winnings for the next edition of their E-lottery promotions, according to the UK Lottery Acts 249(n) of 1972 amended in July, 1996 .

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards
Mr. Ken Bill (Dispatch officer)
