"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Friend, How are you today.
I have been waiting for you since to contact me for your Confirmable bank Draft of $800,000.00United States Dollars But I did not hear from you since that time ,then I went and deposited the Draft with (ups) courier & Security Company,Cotonou, Benin Republic before I travelled out of the country to see my boss and will not come back till end of this Month.
What you have to do now is to contact the (ups) courier & Security Company as soon as possible to know when they will deliver your package, because of the expiring date.I paid for the delivering charges and insurance fee,The only money you will send to the Courier & Security Company to deliver your Draft direct to your postal Address in your country is ($98) United States Dollars only being their Security Keeping Fee so far. So Don't deceive by anybody to pay any other money except $98.00,I would have paid that but they said no because they don't know when you will contact them and in case of demurrage.
You have to contact the (ups) courier & Security Company for the delivery of your Draft with this information bellow.Contact Person; Dr Edwin Igwe.Email Address:( ups_courier_company2@yahoo.fr )
