"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello,

(RE: TRANSFER OF 8.559 MILLION EUROS TO YOUR ACCOUNT)

My Name is DR.DAVID KWAKU. I work as ACCOUNTANT GENERAL in Contract Award Committee under Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

The above mentioned funds emanated from an over-invoiced contract payment which I and my colleagues perfectly did. The contract has been fully executed and complete payment made to the bonafide contractor who supplied building and petroluem products to the Contract Award Committee and did his work perfectly but the over-invoiced amount is still left unclaimed.

The petroluem products supply was made to help reconstruct a city in Cote d'Ivoire called Bouake that was destroyed by the rebels during war in the year 2002.

The reason why we have not been able to transfer the money overseas is becuase I and my colleagues are still in search of an honest and trustworthy individual who can work with us to claim the said funds, just by giving us his company/private account where we can instruct our bank to transfer the funds, hence we are not allowed to operate a foreign account as civil service officers.

It is only a foreigner who can claim this money as the original contractor is also a foreigner, so I want you to stand in as the contractor. With our position, We will give immediate approval to the application once you consent to work with us.

At the conclussion of this transaction, your share will be 25% of the total transfer sum, 70% for me and my colleagues while 5% will be set side for any expenses both parties might incure during the process of the transfer.

The funds will be transferred to your account in two parts. We will first transfer 4 Million EUROS to your account as a test transfer. We will fly over to meet you after the successful transfer for sharing according to the agreed percentages.
Let me know if you can handle it now that the present African Union Chairman is my President, the President of Ghana. It is the best time to carry out this project.
email me on my prvite mail box...david_kwaku1@yahoo.ca
Best Regards,
DR DAVID KWAKU
