Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

From: ENG DAVID JOSEPH <david.joseph52@yahoo.fr>
Date: Wed, 1 Aug 2007 11:07:26 +0200 (CEST)
Subject: URGENT REPLY


Dear Jurgen,
Thanks for your co-oporation, in our meeting today regarding your matter, and in conclution we have already aplied to the bank to pay you cash by diplomatic courier servise, and bank here have agreed that they can do that and have arranged the whole cash into two iron boxs and have hired a diplomat who will accompany the boxs direct to your house,

But the below four doccuments where requiered, and they said that the below 4doccuments need to be provied befor the release of your fund:

1.CONTRACT AWARD CERTIFICATE.
2.CONTRACT COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.
3.CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION.
4.TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.

Contract award certificate is the doccument that shows that a contract was awarded to you.
Contract completion certificate clearify that you have complited the contract that awarded to you.
Certificate of incorporation is the doccuments that will clearify that you have paid all neccesary payment that you need to pay here, and that what you are doing is 100% legal and that gorverment is aware of it.

While tax cerificate signify that you have paid all tax that you need to be pay for the total fund.

Then after the securing of those doccuments all the copy will be sent to you while the autentic copy will be summited for the release of your money here, now if you are through with my sugestion/clearification kindly get back to me so that i will give you the contact of the lawyer that will secure those doccuments for you, thanks and wait for your urent reply.
