"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: URGENT RESPONSE ...

Dear Partner ,

Thanks for your swift response , i appreciate the commitment you are showing so far ,if you continue like this i am confident that we will get this concluded, within the next couple of days . I got your email address after a determine internet search for some who can help me complete this business transaction , i know that you are trustwording and capable of handling the funds on my behalf. I want you to understand that it is the working regulation of Natwest Bank to always make use of the offshore account when transfering such a huge amount oversea , so you will need to open this online account with them before you will now transfer the funds online to your local account. I must also inform you that the Lawyer has commenced the preparation of the documentations and all legal aspect of this transaction .

I would say that this is really a very bad news from me, I had very high hopes that the Attorney will be able to complete all the documentations by today .Your physical presence will not be needed here in London as the lawyer will be acting as your proxy ,the whole process will be completed online . The faster we can have all these issues resolved the better it will be for both of us .Please get back to me immediately your receive an email from Dr. Elliot Bios .

Kind Regards ,
William Moris (Mr.)
