"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I quite understand your skepticism and with the look of things you are still skeptical about your Lottery Winnings. I want to state categorically clear here that the only thing I can deduce from the reservations/thoughts you expressed in your email is the fact that you are probably that you are working hard to get this money paid but how long will this be.

NOTE:I will like to bring to your notice here that your winning check is tuned to the amount of $2,500,000 US DOLLARS and no amount can be deducted from this and also to let you know that the UNITED KINGDOM is the body asking for the NON RESIDENTIAL FEE and not the lottery board before your winning check will be released.

Also i will state here that you have my full guarantee and assuarance that once the .11% is paid a Pin code and a Password wil be given to you and you can log onto our paying bank site and affect the transfer of your winning funds,However immediately the payment is confirmed by the United Kingdom Tax office i will forward some document to you that will back your winings before your Government and any where in the world banking sector.

As you know that we don't encourage or entertain any exchange of money because the National Lottery do not demand payment from winners, ours is to serve according to the limitations of the law and not getting ourselves involved in shady deals that is contrary to the ethics of this noble profession. It is United Kingdom Government as a Non resident of the United kingdom that is demanding payment so as to transfer your prize-winning money.

There is an insurance policy on the coverage of your winning money, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from your total prize winning funds because of the miss appropriation of winner’s funds and litigation we have faced from the past winners.

You will agree with me that no Government will allow such amount of funds to leave its shore without proper documentation as to the originality of the funds, only with the required documents will payment be made out.

It might interest you to know that due to very strict regulations there is a procedure that was laid down by the British Lottery Affairs Commission as well as the insurance policy on the coverage of your winning funds.I want to bring to your notice that these policies are laid down by the Lottery Board which state that total prize winnings has been insured to the real value and as such cannot be deducted from the winnings. The constitutional assembly in accordance with section 13(n) of the national gambling acts as adopts this in1993 and amended on 3RD July 1996.

This is to protect winners and to avoid misappropriation of funds. That is, your prize winnings is protected by a hardcover insurance policy, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the prize winning money before it can been remitted to you.

These regulations/Policies have been put in place to check previously experienced mishandling and/or misappropriation of winners' funds and we are obligated to act in line with these policies.

The lottery Office is doing this to avoid people involve in frivolous Act not to Con people of that heard Earn Money and we are obligated to act in line with these policies as such we cannot deducted any charges from your winnings because your prize winning money is already insured.

NOTE: I must state here that they are lot of Internet scam through the internet and we have had series of complains from past winners and we have also face a lot of litigation from them too regards people using the name of National Lottery.

In view of afforemention you are to pay this fee in advance and this can be paid installmentally in two times if so wish to do this,Also this is what you will do once the payment confirmation is recieve the United Kingdom tax office will release a PIN CODE AND A PASS CODE to our paying bank to you and you can log in to our paying bank site with this codes and you have all your information on the bank site and affect the transfer of your winnings funds yourself to the NEW ACCOUNT you set up or any designated account of your choice.

The fee is to be paid via any WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER STORE OR OUTLET.Immediately my office recieve the Western Union Confirmation i will give you directives on what to do next.

Also due to some scam around on the internet the United Kingdom and the National lottery commission as advice that winners do not release their banking details because of hackers around the world therefore we set the policy of giving out the PIN CODE AND THE PASS CODE.

I hope with this explanation you understand our plight and the United Kingdom plight. But you can pay the NON RESEDENTIAL TAX FEE installmentally in two or three times and at least paying 50% of the fee upront.

I am giving you my words that this is not in anyway related to scam as our job is to serve according to the limitations of the law and not getting ourselves involved in what that is contrary to the ethics of this noble profession.

I like to re-assure you of the legitimacy of this Services and funds as we will not involved in any fraudulent act and will never be. I will advise as you as the director of operations to be calm not to you loose this great opportunity which millions of people are trying to entangled but the chances just couldn’t come for them because a lot of people are out there to discourage you as they don't know how it works, and have never seen such before.

Do be assured that your winnind funds isinsured by the united kingdom policy and constitution of SECTION 501(B) ACT 10 of 2006. As you know your winnings could do a lot for you and your family and also have funds to upset other bills.

Have a great day

I await your respond madam soonest.
