Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

• The following phrases in this message should put you on alert:
  • "courier service" (Courier companies mentioned in 419 scams are always fake. They will have you send money to them, but won't deliver anything. )
• This email message is a fake lottery scam. Consider the following facts about real lotteries:
  
  1. They don't notify winners by email.
  2. You can't win without first buying a lottery ticket.
  3. They don't randomly select email addresses to award prizes to.
  4. They don't use free email accounts (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) to communicate with you.
  5. They don't tell you to call a mobile phone number.
  6. They don't tell you to keep your winnings secret.
  7. They will never ask a winner to pay any fees to receive a prize!
• Western Union money transfer is completely untraceable and therefore is *not* safe to use with anyone you do not know personally. It is the preferred method of online criminals to collect money from their victims.
• This email lists mobile phone numbers. Use of such numbers is typical for scams because they allow criminals to conceal their true location. They can receive calls in an Internet cafe from where they send you emails, while pretending to be in some office.

• This email lists free webmail addresses. Use of such addresses is typical for scams. Lotteries, banks and any but the smallest of companies do not normally use such addresses. Criminals use them to anonymously send and receive email at Internet cafes.

This is Mr.Kelvin Bode from the United Kingdom; the courier firm is sentient of a tax which means any relevant tax payment should be made before such transcendent document like your winning check can be delivered to you.
Normally, high rate of insurance is insured on check depending on the amount issued on it. We have a 100 percent trust from the UK National Lottery Board as we are an
authentic Courier service because we have previously successfully deliver similar winning check to there international winners.
Secondly, you have a P/P Mode of delivery, such mode of delivery is not common as Cash on delivery because you are receiving check within 48 hours and likewise, the AIO Express Courier Dispatching agent from United Kingdom will personally deliver your parcel containing check to your contact address which will be provided.

In such case, you don’t need to pick up parcel at any AIO Express Courier office; the Dispatching agent will arrive your address on a specified time and date while you provide Identification which will be asked before remittance. I have discussed with the management of the company and i was informed that it should be pejorative in taught that you make payment before delivery because AIO Express Courier on your absence will make payment for these taxes{insurance, VAT, Local Tax} and that should be in receipt of

confirmation of your payment..


You don't need to be skeptical because you are working along with a trusted International Courier Service. Same Courier service has delivered much more larger amount of check to winners in Ecuador, United States, Indian and other parts of Africa. Due to this ugly act the authorities had to put a total stop to removing money from winners' winnings. Subsequently, your prize is protected by a hardcover insurance policy, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the money before it has been remitted to you. This means that the delivery charges cannot be deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your prize is delivered to you. if you can not make payment via Western Union Money Transfer an account will be given to you in order to deposit the money in there or it will be better if you can make it down to the office of the UK National Lottery beacuse you do not have to make any payment if you come down to the office your money will be paid in cash.
