This is to confirm the receipt of your letter dated 13th August 2007 and an instructional letter from. Mrs. Ruka Abdul wife of my late client Malam Abdul Hasan from Libya, advising me that you will contact me with regards to her late husband's deposited fund with a security company, As a matter of fact Mrs. Ruka Abdul has been my client since the death of her husband, in-fact if she has accepted that you should represent her family in act of clearing her late husband's deposited consignments in the security company which she is the Next of Kin, there is no problem with that, but I have to be very sure that she is comfortable with that before I will proceed with you, as you can see I was the witness to the deposit from my late client's side on the August 1999 and I would not want to make any fruitless effort as a busy lawyer who is always in courts.
As you have already known. Mrs.Ruka Abdul is very sick at this moment and I have to make sure I know you properly before I can take the step of transferring the assets to your name to enable the security company approve the release and clearing of the consignments to your favour. Be informed that the intentions of My late client was that he would opened an orphanage house and use part of the deposited money to help the needy and less privileges, if the objective will not be met then there is no need for our communications .
But if you will be able to follow up that intention and vision then I will be readily available to work with you to see to it that we clear the consignments in order to actualize the dream of my late client, May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, amen. I had discussed with madam for many times as regards to the utilization of the deposited fund and she said that we should look for an orphanage houses to help with the money but before any one will have access to the deposited consignments {fund} the Law court of justice here in Ghana will have to issue a certificate of trustee and certificate of transfer/change of ownership to enable the security company be able to approve the release of the consignments, but there was a provision that in case of death on the side of the depositor his trustee or next of kin will be allowed to clear the consignments with the presentation of certified legal documents from the court of justice authorizing the release of the consignments
to such a person.
Your seriousness and instruction from Mrs. Ruka Abdul will put me through to what has to be done to change the ownership of the consignments, without changing the ownership of the consignments the security company will not clear it to any body as they will have no legal right to do such. Therefore I will like to reconfirm again from Mrs. Ruka Abdul so that I will be very sure of what I am doing, on this note, I will hereby plead with you to give me few Hours to make my findings so that I can comprehensively update you on the necessary things to do in-order to get notarized documents from the court of justice thereby giving you the legal right to claim and clear the deposited consignments on behalf of Ruka Abdul's family.
Meanwhile I will forward this mail to Mrs. Ruka Abdul too so that she will be posted to whatever thing I may be doing to transfer the ownership of the consignment to your favor, Understand that I will only act on instructions from the woman, forgive me if I sounded too harsh but the sure thing is that I must protect the interest of my late client's family at all time .I will be waiting for your personal information like your international passport or any other national id card that will have your picture, your phone and fax number, your address, your age, your kind of business, these information will enable me be sure that you will not make away with the money when you clears it, I will thereafter everything is confirmed okay, proceed to the supreme court for the securing of the legal certification documents which are the most important thing for now.
If all things go well then I will give you all legal support and backings to clear the consignments, in the mean time I will advise you to call me on mobile no +233 243814636 so that we can discuss apparently on this matter and also to hear the voice of whom we are entrusting this kind of project to. Be informed that I will arrange your visa as soon as we finish all the formalities ok.
